  This is a wonderful, locally owned business offering many services ranging from delivering and setting up tents for multitudes of events to delivering water. Workers who perform the services are experienced. Auburn Party Rental is definitely the place to go if you need equipment for any type of party or event with worry-free deliver and pickup.

  We used Auburn Party Rental for our wedding reception and it was a complete headache for 10 months. Over the course of the initial planning there were quite a few changes that needed to be made to the estimate, either by us or our caterer. Each time there was a change (adding items, changing counts, changing colors, etc...) they would send us a new invoice that almost always was incorrect. It was almost like a game... if we wanted to add a tent let's say for example, they would add the tent and then change one of the other 50 items on the invoice incorrectly. So it became like a game of Where's Waldo where whenever they made a modification we would have to go back through and find what else they changed incorrectly. This was a constant issue from the time we received our first invoice right up until our wedding weekend. Our caterer who does huge events and works with rental companies all the time said they had never experienced anything as disorganized as APR.
  
  This constant disorganization and poor communication came to a head the Thursday before our wedding, which was Saturday. Someone called my wife to inform her something about the plate color we ordered was not available, so they needed to switch. She said fine, no problem. This will be important later on...
  
  Next, we had explicit instructions (printed right on the invoice) to phone us 2 hours prior to delivery so that we could be on-site. No phone call was ever made. Then, we specified we needed a morning delivery because having a wedding and all, we had a lot to do to get the place set up. Showed up at 1pm. No explanations, no apologies. Nice.
  
  It gets better. I showed up right as the APR truck was starting to unload. My wife was talking with the delivery driver about the order when I approached. It seemed there were some items missing and I asked to take a look at the invoice. The driver hands me a single page of items they have on the truck. Problem with that is the actual invoice was 3 pages long... so they were missing 2/3 of the order. Whoever coordinated this at the warehouse completely dropped the ball. The driver stated they would need to go back to the warehouse and load up the rest of the order, and should be back in 1-1.5 hours. We had ordered a 20' x 20' tent which we decided we wouldn't need since the weather was supposed to be nice, so we spoke to someone at APR about removing that and any related rentals which they said would not be a problem. So, it being 1pm that would be 2-2:30. We said ok and went about to killing some time until they returned.
  
  2:45 rolls around, no sign of APR. I call the office and get the same person back on the line who called my wife earlier about the plates. She specified she didn't know where they were and had to call the owner, she would call us back. 20 mins go by, no phone call and no delivery truck. It's now a little after 3pm.
  
  I call back and get the same woman on the line. She says they will be another 45 minutes. Now I'm starting to get pissed. When I ask what the holdup is she gets very testy and basically blames us for all of these delivery issues. She states since we made changes to the invoice it caused them to show up missing 2/3 of our order, being 2 hours late, not calling anyone when they were on their way, and then disappearing for 2 hours with no explanation or no update to anyone. So, just so this is clear... this woman stated because SHE called US telling us they didn't have the plates we ordered on the morning of the scheduled delivery it was OUR fault they screwed up huge on all the points just mentioned.
  
  I then spent the next week and a half calling APR to make sure we were credited the correct amount off our invoice for items not received. That was fun. Oh, and they knocked a whole $100 off our close to $4k payment due to "delivery issues". This place is a total joke, unless you're renting a single table with 4 chairs I wish you the best of luck with these people. Even that they could find a way to screw up I'm sure.
